Our Machine Shop includes all equipment necessary to manufacture product in house.

We have full in house state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing capabilities along with an Engineering Department that employs the latest CADD/CAM/CAS technologies. We are a leader in the manufacturing of close tolerance, high reliability, precision machined components made from both conventional and most all exotic materials for commercial, aerospace, defense, and medical applications. Our production capabilities include blind hole broaching, CNC E.D.M. hole drilling in difficult materials (perfect for those difficult to impossible lock wire holes), and Swiss type machining for the medical/dental industries.

 

Astro Seal products are not qualified to the subject military specification. Astro Seal has not been certified under or is being monitored by DSCC or the military specification referenced which contains QPL/QML requirements.
